Click on ‘New Meeting’

Select the Time\Date, add participants, then click ‘Rooms’

Select the desired room from the list and click ‘OK’

Check availability
- Click Send, the room request will now be sent to the room approver.
- If approved the meeting automatically schedules
- If denied you will receive a notification and be required to select a different day and\or time.
