Home and Personal Service –

Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma (GICO) does not allow Goodwill industries of Central Oklahoma Information Technology department (GICO_IT) to go to employees\contractors home to work on personal or company provided equipment.
- Remote assistance can be provided for work issued equipment through GICO_IT remote assistance tools.
- If an employee\contractor has work provided equipment that they are having issues with that can’t be fixed with remote assistance tools, then that employee\contractor is required to bring the device to GICO_IT during business hours.
GICO does not allow employees\contractors to take work equipment such as monitors, printers, docking stations, etc. home with them for extended use.
- Any equipment other than the employee\contractors’ laptop must be approved by the executive in charge of the department.
GICO does not allow GICO_IT to install company provided software on an employee\contractors personal computer\device.
GICO does not allow GICO_IT to work on an employee\contractors personal equipment.
