Hours of Operation –

Work Hours: Monday – Friday - 8am to 5pm
On-Call: There is not an official after hours on-call requirement for IT. We do however try to respond to emergency issues in accordance to the Emergency policy.
Holidays: Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma Information Technology department (GICO_IT) utilizes the holiday schedule as issued by Human Resources.
Lunch: GICO_IT employees take a lunch break for a maximum of one hour between the hours of 11 am and 1 pm.
